    Bio

     

    Raymond made his directing debut in 2006 with A Crude Awakening – The Oil Crash, which screened at more than 70 festivals around the world, winning 8 awards and gaining numerous nominations along the way.

     

    The film has been sold to 26 countries by Cinetic Media and TelePool and was released theatrically in all english-speaking countries except Ireland. He is currently (May 2013) in post-production on a documentary about a social enterprise for Rothar and The Arthur Guinness Fund and in production on The Fall and Rise of Ted Kennedy, a feature documentary which he is producing and directing for release in Autumn 2013.

     

    He has a number of TV and feature documentaries at various stages of development. Raymond is a graduate of the MEDIA training and development programme, EAVE 2002 , and has an Honours degree in Environmental Policy and Management from London Guildhall University. A native of Dublin, he recently returned to Ireland, having spent a decade based in Zurich, Switzerland.
